EXCELLENT location and amazing service!

convenient location clean room many options

I found the location convenient, being close to the bus station. THIS made getting around VERY easy. The room was super clean and cozy. The breakfast offered many options, ensuring a great start to each day.

The automatic coffee machine was not available. It would have been nice to have it in the mornings.

adequate stay, some issues present

air conditioning position unhelpful staff

the hotel is near the public bus station. this was important since i planned to travel around the island by bus.

The air conditioning unit was a problem. it was positioned directly opposite the beds, a design flaw. cold air blasted right at us. I found it very irritating!!! also, the staff was not very helpful. They could not accommodate a slightly earlier check-in.

GREAT central location!

helpful staff daily housekeeping buffet breakfast varied options

The hotel staff was SUPER helpful. I had a double room and it was clean. The daily housekeeping service was fantastic, they did a good job. The breakfast BUFFET was varied with many options, so I always found something to enjoy.

I found the shower to be a little small, THOUGH everything else was great.

The staff provided great assistance, especially at reception. They are friendly and helpful! Housekeeping ensured the rooms were super clean each day, and the complimentary water bottles in the fridge were a nice touch, very thoughtful.

The hotel is excellently positioned for accessing transport links, being very close to the bus station. This makes travelling to and from the airport quite easy and convenient! The city center is also a short walk away.

the room had a fridge with complimentary bottles of water. the reception staff were very nice. breakfast had hot coffee and a good selection.

parking a vehicle close by was sometimes difficult.
